Michael D. Dailey

Michael joined Rosenberg & Associates in March 2013 and focuses his practice mainly in the areas Criminal Defense, Domestic Relations and Personal Injury/Civil Litigation. Michael also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Portage, Summit and Medina Counties.

During the Summer of 2010, Michael was a summer intern with the Housing Advocates, Inc. where he helped low-income individuals obtain fair and affordable housing. From 2010 through 2012, Michael was the law clerk for the Social Security Disability firm Shifrin, Newman, Smith, Inc., where he worked on a wide range of cases, including civil, criminal, domestic relations and probate law. Additionally, Michael was the Juvenile Court Coordinator for the Summit County Public Defender from 2011-2012 where he trained law students to meet with juveniles to gather information before their arraignments.

Michael is a graduate from the University of Akron School of Law where he made Dean's List twice and received the CALI award in Bankruptcy and the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence award in 2011. Michael participated in the Small Business Clinic at the University of Akron during the summer of 2011 where he drafted operating agreements, contracts and helped form LLC's and 501c3's. Additionally, Michael holds certificates from the University of Akron in General Mediation and Family Mediation. Michael also finished in the 95th percentile on the Summer 2012 Ohio State Bar Exam.

Michael also finds time to give back to the community by serving as the Vice President on the Board of Directors for Imagine on Superior, a charter school located in Canton, Ohio.
